At Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore, there are many ways to be part of our life-changing mission. We are deeply grateful for every individual who makes our work possible. Your generous gifts of time and financial support allow us to serve women and families in need.

Here are a few ways you can get involved:

Volunteer

If you’re passionate about saving and transforming lives, we have a place for you. Whether you’re an individual, part of a small group, or representing a church, there are many ways to serve. From working directly with clients to assisting with special events or using your unique gifts in other ways, we’ll help you find the right fit. Client Advocate

The role of the advocate is to provide options counseling to clients. Advocates provide counsel in the areas of abortion procedures & risks, adoption education, fetal development, healthy relationships, and parenting. Training is provided.

Mentor

The role of the mentor is to provide one on one counsel, guidance, encouragement, and discipleship to mentees. Ongoing training and support are provided.

Life Skills Coach

This is a one-time commitment to come in and share your area of expertise with a group of teen parents. Topics can include, budgeting, how to prepare a meal, arts and crafts, interviewing skills, etc.

Post-Abortion Recovery Facilitators

The role of the post-abortion ministry is to facilitate a Bible study in which women and men who have had abortions will find a place of refuge and forgiveness. The bible study runs for 12 weeks or for a weekend retreat (Friday evening through Sunday).

Church Liaison

The role of the church liaison is to educate and notify their congregation about the needs of the center, upcoming events, and any other pertinent information.

Prayer Team

The prayer team’s role is to continuously pray for PCC staff, board, volunteers, and clients. Tuesdays are designated as prayer and fasting days for PCC.

Medical Volunteers

Physician, Sonographer, or Nurse to provide medical information/oversight and perform ultrasound services.

Board of Directors

The board of directors helps to set the tone and vision for the ministry. The board is the spiritual covering for the ministry and supervises the executive director. The board meets monthly.

Volunteer on At Need Basis

There are times during the year when volunteers are needed for several reasons:

  • Help with fundraisers/development
  • Help with keeping Baby Boutique clean and “clutter-free”
  • Cleaning the facility
  • Coordinating baby showers to benefit PCC

Material Donations

Material donations are a vital way to support the mothers and families we serve at Pregnancy Care Clinic of the Eastern Shore. Items like diapers, baby clothing, formula, and other essentials help provide tangible support to those in need.
